  • Does Loubutik have a physical store?
  • Not yet! We do not currently have a physical store and are based online. However, it is one of our Co-founders’ dreams to create a B&M store one day. Stay tuned and enjoy shopping on our website until then.  

  • How long does shipping take? 
  • Shipping duration depends on the address you input at Check Out. On average, shipping within Ontario, Canada takes about 3 to 7 business days. However, due to COVID 19 shipping durations might not be accurate. 

  • Do you ship internationally? 
  • Yes! We offer shipping internationally, however, due to COVID 19 shipping durations might not be accurate. 

  • What shipping options do you offer? 
  • If the address you input at Check Out lies within Canada, then your shipping options will include:

  • How can I track my order? 
  • You will receive an invoice as soon as you check out your items from the cart. This invoice will include your shipment’s tracking number. If an invoice was’t received, then please contact us immediately through the Contact page. 

  • Will there be custom fees?
  • No custom fees are required to be paid if the address you input at Check Out lies within Canada. If the address you input lies outside of Canada, then please find out more about the custom fees policies your country follows.  

  • What is your return policy and procedure? 
  • Please check the Terms and Conditions page for information about our return policy and procedure.

  • What are your sizes?
  • As we do hold different brand names in our boutique, we do have different sizes with different measurements for each product. Check out the Size Chart on each Product Page to find the size that suits you best!

  • What if I can’t find my size? 
  • We are so sorry if you cannot find your size. However, your satisfaction is our priority, so make sure to leave us a message under the Request an Item section on the Product Page. We will do our best to bring you what you need!

  • When do you restock on items? 
  • Our restocking date depends on your demand, thus, make sure to leave us a message of the product you need us to restock on under the Request an Item section on the Product Page. We will make sure to inform you as soon as we have an idea of the restocking date of the item you requested. 

  • What type of clothes do you carry (casual, formal, etc)?
  • We carry modest high quality Turkish made casual, elegant, formal, and evening apparel. Our collection is categorized into the following:

  • How can I use coupon codes? 
  • On your way to checkout, there will be a box where you can plug in the coupon code you were given. Make sure to plug it in correctly to avoid any issues. 

  • Can I cancel my order? 
  • Our order cancellation procedure depends on whether items were shipped or not. 

    If items were not shipped then cancellation is possible. All we require you to do is reply to the invoice email you were sent after your Check Out with your request to cancel the purchase. 

    If items were shipped then the cancellation will be treated as a Return and Exchange. If so then please check our Return and Exchange policies for more information.

  • Where are your products produced? 
  • We are proud to say that all Loubutik products are produced in Turkey. Turkey is known for its high quality fabrics and excellent finishing, which is a perfect fit for Loubutik’s standards of luxury and quality. 

  • Do you have your own designed/manufactured products?
  • Not yet! We still don’t have products that are designed and manufactured under Loubutik’s name but we are working towards the day we do. That being said, we make sure to only present to you products and brand names that are of Loubutik’s standards!

  • What does the question mark in the Size Chart mean? 
  • The question mark in the Size Chart means that we currently don’t have the measurements for that specific size. However, we are working on uploading them. Please send us an email through the Contact page if you have any concerns.
